Introduction
Medication safety is a foundational pillar in patient care and quality assurance. Errors in prescribing, dispensing, or administration can lead to adverse drug events (ADEs), compromising patient outcomes and increasing healthcare costs. Participants will explore risk analysis methods, institutional safety policies, leadership initiatives, and best practices to foster a robust medication safety culture.

- Identify early signs of medication-related harm using RCA within 30 minutes.
- Evaluate and propose two improvements to institutional medication safety policies.
- Design a safety improvement project with KPIs, measurable within 6 months.
