Comprehensive Infection Control for High-Risk Drug Administration

Based on our survey, we found a gap in the understanding and application of infection control measures during the administration of high-risk drugs. 

This gap can be attributed to inconsistent practices and lack of familiarity with updated regulatory standards. 

To address this, the course will focus on reinforcing essential infection control principles, providing practical strategies for high-risk drug administration, and ensuring compliance with current regulations. 

By targeting these specific areas, the course aims to enhance practitioners' ability to implement effective infection control measures and improve patient safety.

• Define key infection control principles specific to high-risk drug administration.
• Demonstrate proper aseptic techniques for high-risk drug preparation and administration.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to infection prevention strategies for drug administration.
• Identify and explain key regulatory standards and safety guidelines for high-risk drugs.
• Review case studies and propose best practices for infection control.
• Develop and test an emergency response plan for infection outbreaks related to high-risk drug administration.
