Based on our survey, we found a gap in effective communication and shared decision-making tools, which can be addressed by providing targeted training on these techniques. 

Additionally, there is a gap in cultural competence, which can be filled through education on inclusive care practices. 

These interventions will enhance healthcare professionals' ability to deliver patient-centered care.
