We observed there is a shortage knowledge about Kaizen methodology in health facilities as follows:
- Limited ability to identify key concepts of Kaizen. - Inadequate knowledge in managing Kaizen activities for waste elimination.

- Lack of proficiency in illustrating the key steps in conducting a Kaizen event.
