Inadequate knowledge about the role of automation, big data, and analytics in modern medical laboratories, resulting in inefficiencies in laboratory operations and decision-making. Insufficient information about the requirements for ensuring quality and accreditation in laboratory processes, including the ability to validate and verify laboratory methods and procedures, which may compromise the reliability and accuracy of laboratory outcomes.
