We found there is a learning needs about the health qulaity among care providers as follows:
- Limited ability to identify and recognize the significance of quality and total quality management in the healthcare sector.
- Insufficient proficiency in presenting the Model for Quality Improvement and applying the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle.
- Lack of knowldege in defining measurement tools in quality improvement.
- Inadequate understanding of essential tools and techniques for problem-solving, impacting the ability to address challenges systematically and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Limited development in the ability to identify and assess critical success factors.
Objectives
- Identify the quality and total quality management, recognizing their significance in the healthcare sector, and will be equipped to apply these concepts to enhance and uphold quality standards in healthcare practices.
