Risk management strategy in health care facilities

we identified a learning gap among participants in healthcare risk management, attributed to several factors: -

• Lack of clarity in identifying key concepts of risk management in the healthcare industry, leading to potential challenges in listing key factors that influence risk management decisions.
• Insufficient knowledge about the factors that influence risk management decisions. Which results from a lack of hands
• on experience with these tools or insufficient training on how to navigate the complexities and nuances of utilizing them in real-world scenarios.
• Limited understanding of the relationship between risk management and quality management, particularly in the context of information and information technology methods.
• Shortage of information about the challenges of risk management tools in the healthcare industry and addressing associated decision.
• making hurdles, due to attributed to a lack of training on how to select and apply these tools in various healthcare contexts.
