We observed there is a learning gap about the quality of drug safety outcomes as follows:

  • Lack of an understanding of the principles and practices of quality management, leading to a deficiency in their ability to apply effective quality control measures in various contexts.
  • Deficit in participants' knowledge and application of fundamental concepts related to quality and medication safety within the healthcare system. Additionally, participants may lack proficiency in applying quality improvement strategies to enhance patient safety.
  • Limitation of the necessary knowledge and skills to implement effective quality management in healthcare services.
  • Shortage of the ability to conduct insightful quality management analyses, which contributes to the overall enhancement of service quality within the healthcare setting.
  • Deficiency in participants' understanding of how to implement governance strategies to ensure safety and quality in healthcare organizations.

  • Identify the principles and practices of quality management, and apply effective quality control measures in diverse contexts, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the essential foundations in these areas.
