Introduction

The scientific committee found there is a lack of knowledge among the target group about dietary, eating disorders, and Psychotherapy as follow:

Objectives


  • Identify the fundamental concepts, key causes, and risk factors associated with eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. how to provide nutritional care process
  • Clarify the unique nutritional needs and challenges faced by individuals and children with Down syndrome and other developmental disorders (food intolerance..etc)
  • Describe the essential stages of the Nutritional Care Process, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation
